Slacklining

A couple of weeks ago, Eric went to the Outdoor Retailers show up in Salt Lake. While he was there he ended up buying a slackline set from Gibbon Slackline. We've talked about slacklining and have always thought that it would be a lot of fun to do. For those of you who don't know what slacklining is, it's kind of like tight rope walking, except this is only a couple of feet off the ground and uses a 2 inch wide piece of webbing. We went down to visit Eric's family on sunday and brought it with us so that everyone in the family could try it out. Here are all the pictures of everyone's first slacklining experience.
Hannah helping Katie down the straight and narrow.

Jake, Katie's boyfriend, and his attempt across the slackline. It didn't go so well.
Papa giving a try at walking across the slackline with "no hands."

Papa, Hannah (on the slackline), and Emily.

Eric and his dad giving his mom shoulder's to lean on.

Papa helping Matthew inch his way across the line.

Elizabeth helping Emily balance on the slackline.
Sorry there aren't any pictures of Eric or me. I was the photographer, and Eric was busy helping everyone else while they were walking across the line. I'll have to get some and add them sometime.
